1. Delivery within Australia is the same price per item no matter how many are ordered.
2. We aim to deliver within 2 - 5 working days via Express Post.

Worldwide - $10.00

1. Delivery outside of Australia is the same per item no matter how many are ordered.
2. We aim to deliver within 5 – 10 days via Registered Air or DHL.

EXCHANGES

When returning an item for an exchange, we will NOT charge additional postage to send the new item out.

If you wish to exchange any item they must be returned to us strictly within 10 days of you receiving the order.

RETURNS POLICY

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund minus the postage and packing 
cost provided they are returned to us in the same perfect condition that they were dispatched in.

If you wish to return any items for a refund or exchange they must be returned to us strictly within
10 days of you receiving the order.

All items are fully inspected by us before they are sent out.

All packaging must be in tact including bags, tissue paper etc.

Goods received back outside of this timeframe will not be entitled to a refund and you must 
arrange collection at your expense to have the goods returned to you.
