Terms and Conditions


ORDERING

You can place your order via our secure online shopping cart, phone or you can visit our shop.
 

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay by bank deposit, or by Visa or Master Card cards.
Payment is taken via phone and through our secure payment gateway.

 

SHIPPING

Please ensure you elect a shipping address that is secure. I.e. a work address, PO Box or residential address where someone is usually home. We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of orders if no one is available to receive delivery at the elected shipping address and items are left unsecured by Australia Post (i.e. on doorsteps).


RETURNS POLICY

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund minus the
postage and packing cost provided they are returned to us in the same perfect condition
that they were dispatched in.

If you wish to return any items for a refund or exchange they must be returned to us strictly within
10 days of you receiving the order.

All items are fully inspected by us before they are sent out.

All packaging must be in tact including bags, tissue paper etc.

Goods received back outside of this timeframe will not be entitled to a refund and you must
arrange collection at your expense to have the goods returned to you.

We suggest you use an insured mail service to ensure that the goods arrive back in
guaranteed time and condition.

Refunds will be given using the same method of payment originally used to purchase the
goods minus the postage and packing cost within 5 days of us receiving them.

Goods paid for by credit/debit card will be refunded to the same card.


EXCHANGES

When returning an item for an exchange, we will NOT charge additional postage to send
the new item out.

If you wish to exchange any item they must be returned to us strictly within 10 days of you receiving the order.

All items are fully inspected by us before they are sent out.

Any shoes returned which have evidence of being worn without foot socks or scuffed/pitted
soles due to not trying on a non-carpeted surface are not deemed suitable for return.

You must take care when trying shoes on and not to get any stains from makeup etc on them.

Any item, which is returned and not in the same condition it was dispatched will not be
accepted back and you must arrange collection at your expense to have the goods returned
to you or a suitable restocking may be offered.


SALE ITEMS

Whilst our sale items are displayed in good faith, we regret we are unable to guarantee
availability because of limited styles and sizes and the fast turnover of these styles.

Please be aware that if it does not state how many styles are available in one size it is
usual there is only one.

If in doubt we advise you to contact us direct to check availability of your preferred sale shoe.

Our web site is updated every 48 hours and if an item is not available we will endeavour
to contact you at our earliest convenience.

Refunds of items not available will be processed in the same way as our conventional
refunds (see above for further information).

Promotion codes will not be applied if you have any sale items in your basket.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives to you faulty or damaged, please notify us
within 3 working days of receiving the goods and will arrange a replacement to be sent out
to you and return of the faulty goods.


WHOLESALE

Please note that all wholesale purchases are final unless products are faulty.

All items are fully inspected by us before they are sent out.
